How much do you charge and what are your rates?
We charge $100 an hour, with a one-hour minimum. This includes all applicable taxes and fees. Most issues can be fixed in one hour!

Do you offer pickup and delivery?
Yes. We offer limited pickup and delivery services . Please call to verify your location qualifies.

Do you offer walk-in or drop-in appointments?
Yes! Please stop by, though calling to ensure that we are not on call is the safest bet.

What type of warranty do you offer with your services?
All of our services come with a limited warranty, covering only the work we performed, and not any equipment that we may have purchased on your behalf.

Do you offer on-site or on-call, outbound service?
Absolutely. We’ll be happy to come to your home, apartment, or business, provided that your location is within our service area. Most upgrades, repairs, maintenance, and some troubleshooting can be performed on-site.

What are some services that you offer?
We do much more than just laptop and computer repair. We also offer iPhone repair, onsite IT support, data recovery, virus removal, website and web development, graphic and logo design!

Can you teach me how to upgrade my computer?
Indeed. We’ll be able to teach you how to upgrade your own computer, step-by-step, at your house or business.

We do not charge customers unsuccessful data recovery.

Depending on the severity of the problem, chances of recovering the data vary. But we generally see 95% success rates.

What types of media can you recover data from?
We can recover data from SATA, IDE, EIDE and SCSI hard drives, along with USB thumb drives, memory sticks, and camera memory cards (SD, XD, Sony Memorystick, and CompactFlash / CF).


Can I share my internet connection with other computers on my network? How do I get wireless? How do I share a printer?

We’ll help setup your internet connection, working with your service provider (ISP) to get you the right service plan, and connect a router, which will allow your computers to share a network, printers, and files.

Is a wireless network safe?

Yes, but the network and the computers that are on the network have to be configured correctly for it to be safe. On the wireless station, WEP (Wireless Encryption Protocol) can be used to encrypt the signal that is being sent and received. On the network computers, passwords and permissions should be setup.

Who will host my website? Where will it be located?

We’ll work with you to find the appropriate host for your needs. Most likely, you won’t need to spend much money, and can used shared hosting.

Will my site have it’s own domain name (www.mydomainname.com)?

Yes- we can help you buy a domain, and suggest great names as well!

Can you help promote my site?

We’ll promote your website on the the most popular search engines and directories such as : Google, Lycos, Northern Light, Subjex, HotBot, Scrub The Web, FAST Search, Alexa, REX, LookSeek, ExactSeek, InfoSpace, Search It, Voila, NerdWorld, Excite, Mall Park, and EntireWeb.

What features can I expect?

Your website will be personalized for you and may include features such as: calendars, forums, file sharing, maps and directions, a menu or guide, links to your social media (Yelp, Facebook, Twitter, Google+, or any others), newsletters, photo galleries, contact forms, and even surveys!

How do I know if I need an upgrade?

Do you find yourself fidgeting while your computer turns on or off? Are applications running more slowly? The internet seeming to crawl? Then you might need an upgrade, often after three or so years.

What type of hardware upgrades can you perform?

We offer all types of hardware upgrades from simple video card installations to changing out the motherboard and CPU. If you have a laptop, many components are not upgradeable, and so we can help you choose a new one!
